Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for women seeking a supportive environment to relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.  

Do I need prior yoga experience?

Not at all! All levels are welcome, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.  

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind! All other materials will be provided. 

Can I still register after Jan 1?
