Dr. Priyanka Upadhyaya is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who welcomes individual adults across the lifespan in-person at her practice in New Jersey. Dr. Upadhyaya also sees clients from New Jersey, New York, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania for remote sessions.
Dr. Upadhyaya works with individuals often grappling with anxiety, depression, burnout and stress, which may lead to trouble concentrating, a general sense of irritability, or issues in their interpersonal relationships. She also sees clients who have experienced trauma or difficult life experiences, and life transitions like loss of a loved one, a job or position, illness, break-ups or divorce.
In her work with couples, Dr. Upadhyaya welcomes clients from all backgrounds, both those who are in committed relationships and looking to resolve issues, as well as those who are separating but wish to gain insight before they do so. She also helps those who are navigating issues like infidelity and building a blended family, as well as couples who are generally unsure of the next steps in their relationship.
